"Elephant Kind: Indonesia 2025" is a special showcase that marks the band's long-awaited return to Indonesia after their last performance six years ago. Now under Mola Records, Elephant Kind, in collaboration with BOSS Creator, is finally answering the call for a homecoming tour in Jakarta and Bandung. This tour is a celebration of their journey and musical growth since their previous shows, and it's a momentous occasion for their fans. Let's do this!

1. TICKET PURCHASE AND COLLECTION:
   Tickets can only be purchased and collected through ibudibjo.com By purchasing tickets from unauthorised sellers or other parties, buyers take on the risk that the validity of the tickets cannot be guaranteed, with no refunds possible.
   Tickets may not be sold, transferred or used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including but not limited to promotions, contests, commercial or advertising purposes, housing, hotels, vacation rentals, sweepstakes, charitable gifts or other activities without the prior written consent of the organiser. Sponsorship activities, on-site marketing, sample giving, vending, distribution of coupons/products, or other promotional activities may not be carried out at the event (including in the parking lot), without prior written approval from the organiser in each activity. Any tickets used in violation of these terms will be revoked and void, and the bearer will be deemed a violator at the event. The resale or attempted resale of tickets may be grounds for licence termination and ticket cancellation.
   Limited to only 4 tickets per transaction with 1 account.
   (one) ticket is valid for 1 (one) person and 1 (one) time entrance only per day and/or depending upon ticket category purchased.
   The ticket purchaser grants the organiser the right (and its designees) to include your images, forms, actions and statements in audio, video, film, webcast, streaming or transmission, exhibition, simulcast broadcast or other reproduction made live or recorded, or in events in any media or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes without further permission or otherwise and that you are not entitled to any payment, compensation or credit of any kind in connection therewith.
   Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues, and their employees from any liability thereafter.
   The organizer reserves the right to restrict people from entering certain areas for security and safety considerations.
   CHILD POLICY:
   Children aged 6 years old and above will be required to purchase a ticket for admission.
   E-TICKETS
   The ticket purchaser will opt for E-ticket(s), it may be retrieved from your ibudibjo.com account or email. Please remember to bring and show the E-ticket(s) (printing of e-vouchers is not necessary) alongside a valid ID when exchanging E-ticket(s) with wristband(s).
   EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
   1.In the event of cancellation of the event, the ticket money will be refunded according to the provisions of the organiser. Ticket administration fees, convenience fees for payment by credit card, virtual account or other personal costs (e.g. travel expenses, accommodation fees, etc.) will not be refunded.
   2.There is no refund, exchange, upgrade, or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold.
   3.Tickets can be transferred provided that you bring:
   Original / digital KTP of ticket buyers whose names are registered by the organizer.
   Power of Attorney of the ticket owner whose name is registered by the organizer (in the case of being represented).
   SECURITY CHECKS AND ADMISSION RULES
2. The following will not be allowed into the venue:

• Food and drinks from outside.
• Sharp objects and firearms.
• Selfie sticks.
• Professional camera, audio recorders, and external flashes.
• Illegal drugs or other addictive substances.
• Flares and items that could start a fire.
• Laser pointers.
• Flammable liquids.
• Horns and megaphones.
• Bicycles, skateboards, and scooters.
• Pets.
• Political Items.
• Folding chairs.
• Glass tumblers.
• Umbrellas.

3. Allowed items into the venue:

• Water bottles, which must be emptied before entering the venue (no glass bottles).
• Raincoats.
• Child strollers & wheelchairs (as long as permitted by the organizers).

AUDIO, PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY

• Professional cameras are allowed as long as they don’t use telephoto lenses.
• No selfie sticks, tripods and monopods.
• Live streaming of events is prohibited.
• Camera flash may be prohibited at moments.

4.Patrons with prohibited items will be denied entry, regardless of purchased ticket.
5.The organizer is given the right to confiscate and/or destroy all goods/food/drinks/objects that have been prohibited by the organizer. If found inside the ELEPHANT KIND: INDONESIA 2025 performance area.
6.Admission to the show/venue by wristband properly worn.
7.Barcode on the wristband will be scanned at the entry gate.We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with security check requests. Including: not properly worn wristband, barcodes that have been scanned or deliberately passing the wristband.
8. There will be NO RE ENTRY.

1.We encourage you to take public transport as crowds are expected at various events taking place at around the venue.
2.Performance times and artists are subject to change without prior notice. No refunds will be given in the event of such change.
3.By purchasing a ticket, you understand, agree and will comply to all terms and protocols for the event arranged by the organiser. The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check regularly for changes to the terms.
